Article I
Pawlpi mitha ang tung a op cieng in, Burmese Catholic Community in Atlanta ih ki pawl na min tawh Pasien tau ki bawl pih aa, Ki khop na, inn thupha pieh na ki neih pih hi.

Burmese Catholic Community in Atlanta (B.C.C.A) will build a house-alter and give house blessing with sprinkling holy water followed by community prayers when a new family or single member has arrived in.


Article II
Burmese Catholic Community in Atlanta ih ki pawl na sung ah department (3) in ki khen aa ,
a nei a bang a hihi:

B.C.C.A has three different departments as followed:

1. EC department ih ci-in Burmese Catholic Community in Atlanta ih ki pawl na sung ah vai Zosie a mau te (Mawh pouh) a hihi.
EC Department: 
They hold every responsibility of B.C.C.A.


2.Sacrament department: Sacraments department ih ci-in, Holy Cross bieh innpi tawh ki zop na contact person a hihi.
Sacraments Department: 
They are the contact persons between Holy Cross Catholic Church and B.C.C.A.

2.Sum tawh ki sai : Sum tawh ki sai department ih ci-in Burmese Catholic Community in Atlanta ih kipawl na sungah sum tawh ki sai mawpua te a hihi.
Funding Department: 
They have the responsibility taking care of the fund of the community.

3. Burmese Catholic Community in Atlanta ih ki pawl na sungah department teng Kum (2) in khat vei ta kiteel na om ding hi.
There will be an Election once in two years for all the departments in B.C.C.A.


Article III
Burmese Catholic Community in Atlanta ih ki pawl na sungah thusie thupha zahsah nop, thei nop, dawh nop a op kha leh E.C te zasah kum masa ham tang ding hi.
Regarding the B.C.C.A, if a person has questions or things s/he wants to share with the community, she/he MUST firstly contact or inform one and/or all of the EC Members.

Burmese Catholic Community in Atlanta ih ki pawl na sungah Inn suang PA/NU leh Single te in nasem zoloh in, Hla (3) sung ang op leh ih ki pawl na pan in $1000 tawh huu ding ci-in, ki khensat aa, Pawlpi Inn suon ah ki hawm in ki dong ding hi ci-in, mipi meeting ah khensat na tawh kip sah na ki neih hi.

If any Burmese-Catholic parents (ONLY Mother and Father), and any single member become disable or retired and/or unable to work for three months, B.C.C.A will contribute $1,000 for that family or person. That amount of money will be collected from each Burmese-Catholic family and single member in the community.


Article IV
Sacraments vai dawh nop thei nop a op leh Pius dong ding hi.

Sacraments Department will see to the arrangements for Baptism, confirmation, Holy Marriage that is to take place at Holy Cross Parish. They are also responsible for whatever concerns are there with

B.C.C.A. Accordingly, Pius have been entrusted for this job.


Article V
Sum tawh ki sai Burmese Catholic Community in Atlanta ih ki pawl na sungah dawh nop thei nop a op leh sum tawh ki sai department te ki dong thei hi.

Regarding the fund of Burmese Catholic Community in Atlanta, if a person has questions or things s/he wants to share, s/he MUST contact those who are in Funding Department.


Article VI
Burmese Catholic Community in Atlanta min tawh $1000 tung sie dumzah sumpai na ding a op leh E.C Department thum teng thukim na beh tawh ki zangh thei ding hi. $1000 neisie ahi a, kipawl na ding a kizangh ding ahi leh Funding Department te thukim na tawh kizangh thei ding hi. Fund sum pen khattang aituom kisapna te ah zangh theilo ding hi.

More than $1,000 of B.C.C.A's fund cannot be used without the consent of all the 3 departments for any reason. Less than $1,000 can be used by contacting the Funding Department if it's for the community. The fund shall not be used for personal problems.


Article VIII
Burmese Catholic Community in Atlanta ih ki pawl na sungah ham leh mua leh pau tawh ki sai in, koi ma ki dei dan ki lang neih na om loh ding hi ci-in, Mipi khensat na tawh kip sah na ki neih hi.

Regarding the language or dialect of the members in the B.C.C.A, according to decision of all the members, there shall be no separation and discrimination between the different ethnic groups in the community.


Article IX
Nupi ki pawl na leh Khangno ki pawl na te in, Pawlpi min tawh kal suan na ding khat poh2 a op leh Makai pa leh E.C te zasah na om loh in, a mau son thu tawh kal suan thei loh ding hi ci-in, mipi thu kim na tawh khensat na ki neih aa, Hla (3) in khat vei ta ki mu tua na ki neih ding hi ci-in, Mipi meeting ah khensat na tawh kip sah na ki neih hi.

If the Burmese Catholic Youth Community in Atlanta (BCYCA) and/or any other branches from the B.C.C.A want to do anything or have an activity to do, the leaders from those branches MUST contact the president of B.C.C.A and/or EC members first. The youth community EC members and any other branches’ members are to hold meeting once in three months.


Article X
Burmese Catholic Community in Atlanta ih ki pawl na sungah kum (1) in khat vei ta sum don na ki neih aa, Inn bul te $300 leh Single te $ 200 ta ci-in, mipi meeting ah khensat na tawh kip sah na ki neih hi.

There will be an annual fee collection to each family and single person once a year. The fee for each family will be $300, and it will be $200 for each single person.


Article XI
Burmese Catholic Community in Atlanta ki pawl na sungah thei ding thu leh zui ding thu ih ki pawl na sungah sum tawh ki sai pan mun la te a hi zong in, Khangno ki pawl na pan a hi zong in, Nupi ki pawl na pan a hi zong in, Music lam pan a hi zong in, Gawng pi te a hi zong in, Sacraments Contact person te a hi zong in, Burmese Catholic Community in Atlanta ki pawl na sungah vai sah vai hawm nop na thu khat pohpoh a op leh President  leh Secretary  te geel pel loh in zasah masa ham tang ding.

Burmese Catholic Community in Atlanta had been set up a rule to be enforced by all the members and various groups inclusively such as; youth group, Women group, music group, executive members, Sacrament organizers or contact persons, any voluntary groups etc.,have to inform President Paul and Secretary Nicholas wheneve any group or any one wants to organize any event or activities within the community as we have decided collectively and the outcome of our meeting on.. September, 2016.
